Letter from the President

I would like to tell you a little bit about ZeraWare.

My daughter Jennifer was responsible for initiating my interest in producing a computer-based aid to safety managers. She told me about a computer-based management system for human resource personnel. That started the creative juices flowing in the direction of computer-based safety management applications.

The development of ZeraWare has taken almost three years and hundreds of hours of creativity. The concept, functions and content of each module have been designed from the ground floor. Nothing in ZeraWare has been taken from any other source. It's all original. The objective is to give safety personnel an enhanced ability to perform key safety management functions more effectively, utilizing the advantages of computer technology. I have combined the data management power of the computer with sound accident prevention applications.

After 20 years of safety management experience and working with hundreds of different companies and organizations as a consultant, I have seen first hand how management control over the causes of accidents can make a dramatic difference in the safety record. The better the control, the lower the risk of accidents.

ZeraWare consists of three safety management functions that are important components of an effective safety program: Incident Report, Accident Investigation and Safety Inspections. My focus with each of these software programs is to give safety personnel a better way of getting the job done. This software is a safety management system that will improve management's control over unsafe work behavior and unsafe working conditions. That will reduce the risk of accidents in any workplace.

I have applied the knowledge that has come from years of experience into ZeraWare. I am confident that ZeraWare's unique computer-based system and practical applications will improve the productivity of your accident prevention efforts and the effectiveness of your safety program.
