Refund Policy

As with all software and the End User License Agreement for ZeraWare, it is understood that software programs may not be completely error free. It is possible that one or more features or functions do not perform correctly. If a feature or function does not perform as intended and described in the User Guide, a fix will be provided at no charge. If this condition can not be fixed within 90 days of notification, a refund will be provided upon request. A refund request must be written (FAX, e-mail, letter) with contact information, a detailed description of the problem and received no later than 60 days from the date of purchase. As a condition for refund, you agree to delete the program from the computer in which it was installed and return the purchased CD.
