  • We will assist you with installing and setting up ZeraWare on one computer, a network or intranet multi-facility system.
  • If you have a problem with any aspect of installing or using ZeraWare, please notify Customer Support for assistance.

2. Customer Support for Process Implementation

  • Our Customer Support associates will assist you with any question about installing or using ZeraWare. We are at your service. 
  • A Certified Safety Professional is available to answer questions about safety management applications for ZeraWare at your workplace.
  • Contact Customer Support by phone or e-mail.

3. Notification of Upgrades

  • We will keep you informed of upgrades, patches or new programs as they are developed.
  • Please check our "Software Updates" page for ZeraWare improvements.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

1.  Customizing ZeraWare

  • Features and functions of ZeraWare can be modified to suit your specific needs.
  • We will produce a customized version of ZeraWare with any changes that you require, if possible.
  • Please e-mail Customer Support with the changes that you desire, in writing. We will contact you for clarification.
  • A quote will be provided that will detail the changes to be made, the work involved, the cost and time frame to complete.

2. On Site Training

  • A ZeraWare Associate will come to your facility to provide training and instructions to your personnel on how to use all of the features of each module. We will expedite how quickly your staff masters ZeraWare. Please call Customer Support for more information.

3. On Site Process Application Consulting

  • A ZeraWare Certified Safety Professional will provide professional guidance in how ZeraWare can be integrated with your safety program.
  • We will identify the most productive application of ZeraWare that meets your needs and accomplishes your goals. 
  • An experienced safety professional will work with you and your staff to maximize the effectiveness of your computer based safety management system.
