         1. 6/15/07 - Installation process upgrade.
              a. SQL Server 2005 Express installed with a newer version of InstallShield.
              b. ZeraWare Technical Requirements page updated with compatibility details.
         2. 7/5/07 - Pass Word security option upgrade.
         3. 7/30/07 - Microsoft Vista compatibility upgrade.
        4. 2/15/08 - E-mail link to download the 30 day free trial did not work correctly with a setting in some
             computers with Microsoft Vista. Problem fixed.
         5. 6/18/08 - OSHA Injury Recordkeeping module is added to the ZeraWare safety management system.
         6. 8/15/08 - Accident Investigations: Recent Report descriptions on the home page have been changed
             to better identify each. And Corrective Action Log columns can now be sorted.
         7. 9/9/08 - Installation issue with uncommon network configuration. Proxy Authentication program
             produced.

8. 1/9/09 - Incident Report: the listing of Recent Incidents on the home page has been changed to include new reports from any computer on a common data base.

9. 4/12/09 - Accident Investigation module: two additional data fields are filled in automatically when Importing Incident Report to a blank Accident Investigation form.

10. 4/20/09 - Accident Investigations: added a data field that gives the related Incident Report #.

11. 5/27/09 - OSHA Injury Recordkeeping: fixed OSHA 301 pdf form which did not duplicate two data fields from the ZeraWare Data Maintenance form correctly.

12. 6/9/09 - Incident Reports: added a data field that gives the related Accident Investigation #.

13. 6/9/09 - Incident Report: added another "Outcome" to Data Maintenance, Search & Sort and Compile Data functions. Lost Time or Restricted Work cases combined to comply with the OSHA DART rate formula.

14. 6/15/09 - OSHA Injury Recordkeeping: updated OSHA-BLS Survey to 2008.

15. 7/20/09 - Web Site updated with Webinar information and Safety Training icon coming soon. Moved Free Trial info. to side bar.

16. 7/23/09 - Safety Inspections & Accident Investigation: Corrective Action Log allows individual actions to be exported as well as all actions.
